1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and 77acm ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 77acm website located at https://77acm.io and all associated products, services, features, tools, and content made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by 77acm in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77acm platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 77acm platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are not employed by 77acm or any affiliated company, nor are you an immediate family member of such an employee, and you do not have access to non-public information that could give you an unfair advantage when placing bets.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To use the full range of 77acm services, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 77acm account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identities, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 77acm uses technical detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be closed with balances subject to review.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 77acm operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point at our discretion, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered name and number)
• Selfie with your photo ID for identity confirmation

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 77acm platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. 77acm does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash or Nagad; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges, for which 77acm bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. Verified accounts in good standing can expect same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five business days.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account must be fully satisfied.
• Your account must not be under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

77acm offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are issued, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus: New members may be eligible to receive a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, and game-type contribution rates (for example, certain slot games may contribute 100% to wagering requirements while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate).

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each bonus offer is available once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified at the time of issue. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

• Placing opposing bets (also known as "matched betting" or "hedge betting") across two or more accounts, or colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and potential account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 77acm sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, market, and event type. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result published by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, or the BPL governing council for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures) shall be determinative.

Bet Acceptance: 77acm reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed in error at incorrect odds, bets placed after an event has commenced in circumstances where live betting was not the intended market, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits.

System and Connection Errors: 77acm is not liable for any bets that are disrupted, lost, or placed in error due to internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or platform maintenance. If a bet is accepted and confirmed by the 77acm system, it stands regardless of subsequent connection issues on the user's side.

Casino and RNG Games: All casino games offered on 77acm use certified random number generation software. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available in the game's information panel. 77acm does not alter RTP figures. Results are final once confirmed by the game engine.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are determined by physical game outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spin, dice roll) observed and recorded by the studio feed. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer round, the hand or round will be voided and stakes returned, unless the result was already determined and confirmed prior to the technical issue.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account-level restrictions, claim bonuses more than once, or engage in arbitrage betting across accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or scripts to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, card game (including Rummy), or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the 77acm platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or undisclosed software error will be voided.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 77acm platform, its odds feeds, game content, or intellectual property.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 77acm customer support staff or other members of the platform community.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77acm platform — including but not limited to the brand name "77acm", the logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77acm or its licensed content providers and game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77acm platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 77acm's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from bets placed in error by the user.

• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
